Paul is a Water Engineer whose specialist skills revolve around hydraulic investigations, dam safety/surveillance, river engineering/management, hydrology, and stormwater planning and design. Paul has had 16 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, and holds membership with a number
of professional institutes. In August 2012, he founded HYDRALINC Pty Ltd, an Australian owned company which provides specialist services to Local Government,Consultancies, and the Land Development industry.
